In October of 2004 a friend came over to trade his then 1977 Z for my 1990 Yellow Twin Turbo(plus some cash!). What a fantastic car this has been. I have a complete history on this California beauty that was imported to Canada by a dealer in Dartmouth for a dentist in Bedford in June 1999. The dentist ended up trading it to a dealer in Dartmouth in 2002, who in turn traded it to a dealer in Windsor NS. During hurricane Yuan in September 2003 I stopped by to 'take a look at it'. It was very clean, and very well brought back. All original panels, it was basically a new paint job, done very well with over $16,000 invested. At this point Arun was the next purchaser in the fall of 03. I took possession in the fall of 2004. This car starred in the FOX TV movie "Dive From Clausens Pier" filmed in Halifax on April 25th, 2005 and won back to back Atlantic Z Car Club rally annual events for 'best' 280Z in class. I ended up selling it to a Z Collector in Clearwater Florida. It came up on Ebay in January of 2009 and Bruce ended up picking it up and bringing it back to his Annapolis Valley Zee storage facility. Now Bruce has too many Zees, this one has got to go. Except for a little rip in the base of the drivers seat, this car is no question a true collectable. Before we put it up on Ebay we thought we would try to keep her in Canada. It works like a dream.
